YIBinS aims to use sports as the main catapulting agent in interconnecting structures and/or stakeholders within the community or network into working cross-sectorally to optimally facilitate the social inclusion, equal opportunities and integration of youth with migrant background into society.

Cross-sectoral collaboration

targeting to equal opportunities and social inclusion gets a strong development impulse through this project as this holistic collaborative approach has been almost totally ignored in research and experiments;

Making integration of YIB’s

Making integration of YIB’s to society a lot easier as the educational aspect is taken into a consideration in early stage of social inclusion by stakeholders;

Employability of YIB’s through recruitment services

of migrants into sports organizations (also companies) as volunteers, coaches, interns etc.

municipal sport services, associations (sport clubs, other multicultural sport related associations) and educational institutions.
